Live in ~10 minutes

Six moves. Each one tells you exactly what to do and where to grab the detail it needs.

    Import the snapshot

    Load the Automock snapshot into a fresh GHL sub-account. Every workflow, tag, field, pipeline and the demo widget below land pre-built — you are only connecting them, never building them.

    Pick a clean sub-account so nothing collides.

    Open your setup link

    Check your welcome email (“set up your account”) and click Onboard Now. It opens a 3-step wizard. Your Location ID is filled in for you — the next three steps are the values it asks for.

    The wizard asks for two things to connect GHL:

    Select all scopes except the ones GHL flags red/orange (e.g. Edit Users). The app needs contacts, opportunities, custom fields and workflows.

    Grab your Pipeline ID from the pipeline's URL, and the 4 stage IDs from each stage's settings.

    Paste raw IDs only— no names, no emoji. A label like 🎯 New Prospect (e7ca…) silently breaks opportunity creation. See the stage map for which field is which.

    Connect the chat widget the demo runs on, and your demo voice number.

    The final wizard screen hands you two URLs. Drop each into the matching workflow's webhook action:

Two things do NOT travel in the snapshot
  • Voice AI settings. The voice agent shell copies, but its call settings, greeting and knowledge do not — reconfigure them once after import.
  • Your branding. Logo, colours and the widget footer are yours to set (see White-label).

The wizard uses short labels. Here is exactly which real stage each one points to — copy the raw ID of the stage on the right.

Raw IDs only
Paste the bare ID string (e.g. e7ca61e2-24ca-…). Never paste the stage name or a label with the ID in brackets — the system writes it straight to GHL and a decorated value fails silently.

The power-dial system

Split a lead list across your reps with two tags, call through it, and let each call outcome move the lead forward.

In 2a Team Powerdial, point the User 1 / User 2 assign slots and trigger tags at your actual reps.

Scale it

Solo? Use powerdial1only — the other branch stays dormant. Bigger team? Clone the branch for powerdial3+.

Dispositions

After a call the rep picks an outcome (2b–2e). It advances the lead's pipeline stage and removes the powerdial tags — for leads that have an opportunity in the pipeline (by design).

Verify after import
Confirm the four disposition workflows (2b–2e) copied with their exact names. If any is missing the dialer won't advance leads — recreate it identically.

Set your own house bot in 3C Pause House Bot and 3D Resume House Bot — change the Update Conversation AI Bot action from Keep Same toyour botin each. 3C switches it off during a demo, 3D switches it back on after. Set the same bot in both, or it'll pause but never resume. No house bot? Leave both as-is.

Two sending subdomains
Cold prospecting and warm/client mail should send from different subdomains(e.g. go.youragency.com for cold). It keeps a noisy cold campaign from ever hurting the email your real clients receive.
